CICSPlex WLM should take attention on TCLASS

CICSPlex WLM does not take care of TCLASS in the target regions. Transactions are may routed into a single region being queued while other CICS regions have not reached the TCLASS limit.

    Support for a new system rule, transaction class queued tasks, monitors when the number of tasks queuing for membership to a TRANCLASS approaches the TRANCLASS purge threshold and enables CICS to take a policy action in response. The action includes altering the WLMHEALTH value which will then affect CPSM routing decisions. Supoort is provided in CICS TS 6.2 which has been announced and will GA June 14th 2024.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
