Add to SPI INQUIRE SYSTEM the region grouplists used at startup

Add to the SPI INQUIRE SYSTEM the option to display/query the region grouplists used at startup. Right now if you need to query this you need to review the job output and if you want to query this programmatically you need to chase down the information in DFHSIT and the structure of DFHSIT seems to change the location of the grouplists used at each release.


This should also be added to the regions view in CPSM and Explorer.

    Support is provided in CICS TS 6.2 which has been announced and will GA June 14th 2024.
