Update CICS signon program to allow for more than 246 characters so it can display IRS required Warning Banners.

The IRS PUB 1075 regulatory requirements requires a business use statement or warning banner for systems that hold Federal Taxpayer Information (FTI). Here is the warning banner suggestion. https://www.irs.gov/privacy-disclosure/warning-banner-must-be-used-when-housing-federal-tax-information The following must be contained within the warning banner: (i) the system may contain government information (ii) user actions are monitored and audited (iii) unauthorized use of the system is prohibited (iv) unauthorized use of the system is subject to criminal and civil sanctions.

    Although a little clunky it is possible to do this now.

    You use the full GMTEXT for the first 4 lines.
    Then update the DFHSNLE or DFHSNPE members in SDFHSAMP
    (depending if you are using CESN or CESL)
    to add 3 extra lines

    The following is added after the macro at the GMMSG4 label.
    * Additional lines
    DFHMDF POS=(7,1),ATTRB=(ASKIP,BRT),CASE=MIXED,LENGTH=79, *
    INITIAL='Extra line 5'
    DFHMDF POS=(8,1),ATTRB=(ASKIP,BRT),CASE=MIXED,LENGTH=79, *
    INITIAL='Extra line 6'
    DFHMDF POS=(9,1),ATTRB=(ASKIP,BRT),CASE=MIXED,LENGTH=79, *
    INITIAL='Extra line 7'

    You would need to remove the following macro, which is near the top of the member
    to remove line 8 to fit the new lines in.

    INITIAL='Type your userid and password, then press ENTER*
