COBOL to JSON conversion schema assistant(DFHJS2LS) to allow specification of which COBOL internal datatype is to be mapped rather than defaulting to Comp-2

Issue description: simple test that makes very visible that an issue exists in the serialization from COBOL to JSON: a. We have a JSON “double” in the input named “test_comp_2” valued with 2.003, for example. b. We have a JSON “double” in the output named “result”. c. Both input and output JSON “doubles” map to the corresponding COBOL COMP-2 variables of names “test-comp-2” and “result”. d. The COBOL program simply moves the input to the output with “MOVE test-comp-2 TO result” e. By convention it is expected that the “JSON double -> COBOL COMP-2 -> JSON double” round-trip conversion should give us the same value in the output as in the input, that is, 2.003. Nevertheless, we see value 2.0029999999999997.
