Enable the use of ALLOCATE/SEND/RECEIVE/CONVERSE type commands across an IPConn similar to LU61/2 connections.

We currently have applications in CICS that invoke transactions in IMS across LU61 and LU62 connections and receive the responses from those transactions. There is a push to convert these connections to IPConns. The LU61 command sequence is: ALLOCATE -> BUILD ATTACH -> SEND -> RECEIVE -> SYNCPOINT -> FREE The LU62 command sequence is: ALLOCATE -> CONNECT -> CONVERSE -> ISSUE CONFIRMATION -> RECEIVE -> FREE These command sequences are not available for IPConns, which seems like a significant omission in the functionality that an IPConn can provide. We would like to see IPConn functionality expanded to support these kinds of commands and thus allowing transactions and messages to be sent from CICS into IMS providing a consistent functional interface.

We have no plans to provide DTP support over IPIC.
