Support of CICS HTTP error response in application/json

When CISC as an HTTP server receive a web request via TCPIPSERVICE and send an error response (401 basic auth error, 404 no matching urimap definition...), it does so in text/xml, application/soap+xml, or HTML depending on the media type of the request.

However, REST/json is now the standard of http requests. When a client send such a request to a server, it expects to receive a json body. As of now, it can't easily interpretate the CICS's answer.

We would like to add the support of the mediatype application/json in the response when CICS handles an error message.
