_BPXK_SETIBMOPT_TRANSPORT: Error message if Named TCP/IP not up and available.

When setting up new environment and setting _BPXK_SETIBMOPT_TRANSPORT=xxxxxx,

specified; if the named TCP/IP stack is not available; a distinctive message should be produced.

Trace just shows:

CTG6525E Unable to start handler for the tcp: protocol, port: 2016, because: Ýjava.net.SocketException: EDC5112I Resource temporarily unavailable.

IDEA:

A distinct message would be good in resolving this issue.

Takes a while to figure it out, without the distinct message saying 'NAMED STACK xxxxxx NOT AVAILABLE' .

    This Idea has been raised against CICS TS rather than CICS TG. Transferring to CICS Trnasaction Gateway.
