Enable CICS webservices to return a HTTP code 204 without a body.

We are using REST webservices on CICS to expose our existing COBOL backend functionality.

We have a use case where we would like to return a HTTP code 204: No Content.

CICS can return this HTTP code without problems, but whatever we do, CICS allways returns a body, or returns an error, when we have removed the dfhresponse container. We have also worked with an empty dfhws-body container, and no dfhws-body container, without any results.

We believe that a HTTP code 204 only should return headers.

We are also aware that this could give existing implementations issues, so we would like CICS to manage a HTTP code 204 without a dfhresponse/dfhws-body container, and then have CICS not create a body.
