Enable options to add Stack affinity at URIMAP when usage is define as Client

As per the current setup, we need to define stack affinity in CICS region JCL to make CICS region to use only a particular TCPIP in case URIMAP usage is defined as CLIENT.

This setup is restricting CICS not to use other TCPIPs in case of multiple TCPIPs(CINET environment) available in system.

Kindly check on the possibilities to have a stack affinity at URIMAP level with the below options, when we define the USAGE as Client.
