ESB for Cics Liberty

I didn't found something for the ESB so I made this RFE in the CIcs Queue.

We provide a SOA Environment with an Enterprise Service Bus an ODM and an Process Engine (not from IBM).

In this Environment we face one big problem and this is the staging. This means you only can seperate stages if you make a new sever for every customer and this is quite a lot.

The new Cics Platform topology now gives a greate oportunity. In my opiniton now it is easiliy possible to create a seperate full functional stage for a customer or just for testing.

The problem we face now is, that IBM will end the ESB with 2018. We now can go to another IBM Product, but in fact this product is not in Cics and some of this products are even not offloadable to a ZIIP.

As I said before. What we need is an ESB each stage (Platform) and the best would be to have an product based on Java (offloadable to ZIIP). You have this product, it is the ESB.

Please rethink your ESB strategy or we have to move to a none IBM Product which is running on the Liberty in Cics. At the moment I see no other option.

    This requirement has been evaluated. Looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in the next two CICS TS releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be considered then.
