Option in action part of policies to stop scanning of rules when one is applicable

Currently, when using policy, task rules are scanned and applied even if first one is applicable.

This is explained in documentation :

Specify thresholds for the following attributes as filters. You can define multiple task rules of the same rule type with the same or different threshold values. When multiple task rules with the same threshold are deployed, the rules are processed in the following order: message action rules, event action rules, and then abend action rules.

It should be interesting to be able to specify 'stop scanning' with an option in action part when rules is applicable.

It will allow to code a rule to exclude a specific resource from generic rule.

Ie : abend all tasks with a consumption over 1s cpu but send a message only for transaction XXXX when consumption is over 1s cpu and stop scanning of rules.

    CICS Development:
CICS processing of multiple rules is already optimised for performance so there is no need for an option to stop scanning rules after one has matched. Using policy rule condition filters (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cics-explorer/5.5.0?topic=policies-policy-rule-conditions) allows for rules to be specified giving the desired behaviour.

For the scenario provided in this Idea: abend all tasks with a consumption over 1s cpu but send a message only for transaction XXXX when consumption is over 1s cpu and stop scanning of rules.
can be implemented by two rules:
rule1: Abend all tasks but not the ones with transid XXXX - specify the rule with transid does not equal to XXXX with abend action.
rule 2: send a message only for the tasks with transid XXXX - specify the rule with transid equal to XXXX with message action.
