Policy : Option in action part of rule to do nothing

Currently, when using policy, each time a rule is triggered, we must code an action (message, event or abend).

I would be interesting to add an option 'do nothing'.

I will allow to code rule for exception (exclude specific resource) with no action taken.

Ie : Abend all tasks exceeding 1s cpu but for transaction XXXX exceeding 1s cpu, do nothing.

    CICS Development:
This capability is already available using a transaction ID condition filter. It can be set to apply the associated rule when the transaction ID is NOT XXXX.
