Early Warning System for DFHTS1315 Message in CICS TS

I would like to propose an enhancement to IBM CICS Transaction Server to introduce an

early warning mechanism related to the DFHTS1315 message this situation that may

impact performance and system stability.

Suggested Improvement:

Implement a proactive monitoring or alerting feature that can notify system

administrators or applications when a TSQ is approaching its extent limits, before

DFHTS1315 is triggered.

An early warning system would allow teams to take preventive action, such as recycling

regions or optimizing TSQ usage, thereby reducing the risk of performance degradation

and improving overall system reliability. It aligns with best practices for managing short-

lived TSQs and supports better resource planning.
