Asynchronous requests connect Mother transaction with Child transaction in RACF to allow Mother Trans to run Child

We use asynchronous requests to enhance existing SOA architecture solutions to introduce API calls to Cloud. Often an API call will be added to a number of existing CICS transactions (Mothers). Today we have to identify all run users of Mother CICS transactions to establish who need access to the Child transaction. In our setup this is in 10.000 of users of Mother transactions.

We suggest a new RACF class is defined where Mother Transaction are connected/authorized to Child transactions. Child transactions should have an attribute telling that access is done via 'new Mother/Child class' or it should be an option on the EXEC CICS RUN TRANSID CICS API. At runtime when Mother transaction does the EXEC CICS RUN TRANSID the RACF verification against TCICSTRN CICS transactions, normal attach security should be replaced with a check against 'new Mother/Child class' but only if child task has the attribute or the option is set on the RUN TRANSID CICS API.
