Changing CESN to permit password phrases via IBM Feature Toggle

Hello,
We have been reviewing the guidance provided in IBM documentation regarding enabling password phrase functionality when customers utilize IBM default lists such as DFHLIST and default groups like DFHSIGN. However, we do not believe it is appropriate to modify IBM-protected groups to enable password phrase support.
We would therefore like to inquire whether IBM has plans to introduce a feature toggle that allows CESN to consistently display the same screen mapping as CESL — specifically, to always present a passphrase field. Alternatively, is there a recommended approach to implementing this change that does not require altering the default lists or groups?
We believe that a feature toggle would reduce intervention on our part, help us maintain our existing naming conventions, and minimize potential complications, particularly when upgrading to newer versions of CICS. We are concerned that modifying default groups may create unforeseen issues during future upgrades.
