Support multiple WSBind directories in CSD WSDIR pipeline definition

See RFEs 18047 & 14725, delivered with TS 5.2 through application bundles and application versioning.

Our need was not met - there is still a need for concatenation of directories in the WSDIR pipeline CSD/RDO definition, specifically in the testing environments, when too difficult to migrate the applications to utilizing bundles.

CSD/RDO pipeline definition WSDIR attribute:
WSDIR=unittest directory; accpt directory; prod directory

This is similar functionality to DFHRPL loadlib concatenation for program load modules.

Whilst this requirement is valid, based on our current plans and priorities, it is not likely that this could be implemented in the next 12 months, or in the next CICS TS release. Correspondingly this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
