Allow DataTables Record and Index descriptors to span across multiple dataspaces as the records themseves do.

We have been experiencing abend DFHFC0431.The error gets triggered because we hit the 2GB limitation on the Record and Index Descriptors. We ran into this issue with only a single data table defined in the region (it does have 28 million records). The Documentation indicates that one could have up to 99 dataspaces with a maximum allocation of 200GB.; however, we have proven that not to be the case

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    This is a candidate for a future release. If addressed it would be in the longer term, rather than the short term.
