Provide CICS TS Message Utility Features in CICS TS5.*

I use the CICS Message Utility to modify the DFHAC2206 abend message such that it says "DFHAC2206 HH:MM:SS APPLID Transaction XXXX failed with abend AZCT. If abend is AZCT, a timeout has occurred. Re-enter transaction to continue."
I have the timeout set at 70 minutes for several fully conversational transactions and time them out to avoid shortage in the DSA. This message has cut down on Help Desk calls and tickets.
I hear that the Message Utility is not available in CICS TS 5.*. I'd like similar ability as we are upgrading from CICS TS 4.2 to 5.3 this year.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
