CICS Web Services Assistent option for generated COBOL from fractionDigits in XML

Add extra options in DFHWS2LS (and this would apply to RDz wizard as well) to influence to generated code for xml decimals with franctionDigit and totalDigits.

We would like to be able to choose between generation options:
1 The current situation where
<xsd:simpleType name="ActiveOrHistoricCurrencyAndAmount_SimpleType">
<xsd:restriction base="xsd:decimal">
<xsd:fractionDigits value="5"/>
<xsd:totalDigits value="18"/>
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
leads to generation of COBOL
15 Amt PIC S9(13)V9(5)

2 The option that prevents cutting off data in the input side, realizing that on the output side data a data length issue may occur that needs to be handled in the program logic
15 Amt PIC S9(18)V9(5)
3 The option they are currently using by manipulating the generated copybook: translating it to PIC X(19). They are not using it in one system (Current Account) normally for calculations, and if necessary they convert it programmatically.
