IPCONN & Transaction AutoInstall

We have a TOR/AOR configuration. In the AOR we have these parameters in order to not define the mirror transactions that use the application: DSRTPGM=ISSDYP00,DTRPGM=ISSDYP00,DTRTRAN=@MIR
If we use an MRO connection and execute this command in the TOR: CECI LINK PROG(PROGPRBA) SYSID(C4A1) COMMAREA(' ') LENGTH(133) TRANSID(JMFP) all work without problems.
If we use an IPIC connection and execute the same command, it fails with this error in the AOR: DFHIS1025 05/03/2019 12:06c:22 ZSCZC4A1 Failed to attach mirror transaction JMFP on IPCONN C4T1. Error code is X'0618'.
It looks like when we use the IPIC connection, CICS verifies that the transaction exists previous to execute it and allow that it should be dynamically defined.
¿Are there any way of eliminate that verfication?

This requirement has been re-assessed. It is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12-24 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
