CICS Explorer has been enhanced so it can create a connection to a higher level CICS TS release.

I also think that there is no reason to have a CICS upgrade needs an update of CICS Explorer also as pre-req. In our compnay CICS Explorer is only used by sysprog. There is no need to stop rolling out new CICS release to our customers.
