Just to clarify that CICS Explorer 5.4 has not yet been released - I have explained how you could achieve this aim once the code is released!

You can achieve this in CICS Explorer 5.3 or before, by scrolling slowly down through the result list before selecting all results and copying. Then if you go to a Windows Explorer window and paste, a CSV file will be created on disk containing the records.

From the recently announced CICS Explorer 5.4, if you select records that have not been loaded, you'll find a "Load all" button that will load all records from that resources view from the server, which you can then copy and paste to Windows Explorer as before.
