This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

There is a bug in the unsolicited stats record for program definitions (which are produced when a program definition is discarded) in that the jvmserver field was not being set to blanks for non java programs and to the name of the jvmserver for java programs. This has been fixed in in CICS TS 5.4 which is generally available today June 16th 2017.
For more information see the announcement letter https://www-01.ibm.com/common/ssi/cgi-bin/ssialias?infotype=an&subtype=ca&supplier=897&letternum=ENUS217-113
Please note the discard of program definitions CEEEV000, CEEEV001, CEEEV002, CEEEV007, CEEEV008, CEEEV009, CEEEV012, CEEEV013, CEEEV014, CEEEV015, CEEEV016, CEEEV017, IBMBPSMA, IBMBPSLA is deliberate and is done by IBM program DFHLEINI immediately prior to PLT phase 2 programs being run. The reason for this is LE region initialisation attempts to load all 18 event handlers which now results in program definitions for all 18 event handlers being autoinstalled, even though the listed programs are not required in a CICS environment. A request to LE to change this behaviour for CICS regions was turned down by the z/OS review board as they did not want such a change made to inservice z/OS releases. The compromise is for CICS to discard the unwanted definitions given that we have had customers in the past query why unwanted event handler definitions are present. This behaviour is documented here https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSGMCP_5.3.0/com.ibm.cics.ts.installation.doc/topics/dfha1ln.html
