New message ID for CF structure usage decreasing

Either modify DFHXQ0411I and DFHXQ0412I, or create separate message IDs analogous to them, except making it clear whether usage is increasing or decreasing

    Support for this is also provided in CICS TS 6.1 which is generally available from 17th June 2022.

    Support for this is also provided in CICS TS 6.1 which is announced today April 5th and will GA June 17th 2022.

    This RFE has been addressed by apar PH28145 on CICS TS 5.6

    CICS has been enhanced to provide capacity monitoring messages for shared pool TS queue and for auxiliary TS queue. Messages are emitted when the usage has exceeded certain threshold or decreased below certain threshold. Messages are:
    DFHTS1316 applid Auxiliary temporary storage data set usage has reached xx% of the capacity.
    DFHTS1317 applid Auxiliary temporary storage data set usage has fallen below 70% of the capacity.
    DFHXQ0420 CF structure strname has fallen to xx% of entries in use.
    DFHXQ0421 CF structure strname has fallen to xx% of elements in use.
    DFHXQ0422 CF structure strname has has risen to xx% of entries in use.
    DFHXQ0423 CF structure strname has has risen to xx% of elements in use.
