CICS TS to log original transaction indicator for function shipped CFC2

IIDR for VSAM intends to use transaction ID CFC2 to cause updates made by that replication product to be logged to the replication log. Currently, IIDR for VSAM uses transaction ID CFC1, which suppresses logging.

IIDR for VSAM needs to be able to identify the CFC2 initiated changes in the log so the log reader can ignore those to avoid reading changes initiated from replication and replicating them back in an Active/Active scenario.

The transaction ID is included in the log record, but we believe the mirror transaction would be used when a request is function shipped rather than the original CFC2 transaction. We need the original transaction to be logged or some indicator bit that CFC2 introduced the change.
