Additional context information in message DFHPI0997 would help to identify the cause of the problem. For example:
==> DFHPI0997 03/01/2014 12:55:14 PRD5AOR1 EB21 EBPR01 The CICS pipeline manager has encountered an error: timeout occurred.

The message includes the tranid and pipeline name, but there is nothing to identify the particular requester Web Service that encountered the error. Where multiple web services are deployed in a requester pipeline, support personnel have to rely on application error processing (intercepting the RESP/RESP2 on the INVOKE call) to provide additional context. This isn't always captured reliably by applications, and even then would require correlating a 2nd source of information to get the full context.

    This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.3 which is generally available from December 11th 2015.

    Message DFHPI0997 has been updated to contain either the web service name if known or *NONE* if it is not known

    This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.3 which was announced on October 5th 2015 with a planned general availability date of December 11th 2015.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
