Modify DFHLS2WS to create better tags

The WSDL document created by CICS Web Services Assistant DFHLS2WS is not useable "as is" due to some issues with the values chosen for a few tags or element names. The WSDL would be more useful and compatible with other non-IBM distributed tools if the following three changes were made:

1) Support a SERVICE-NAME= parameter to set the service name instead of using program name with "Service" appended to it. When deploying a service to a distributed client it makes more sense to use a more meaningful service name name.
2) Use the service name throughout the WSDL in place of program name. The WSDL works "as is" but again would be more meaningful if Service name were used instead.
3) Use the structure name with literal "Strc" appended to it instead of ProgramInterface. When the WSDL is used to create JAVA clients by our non mainframe development software it complains that ProgramInterface was used more than once.

This requirement has been re-assessed. It is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12-24 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere

    Product - CICS Transaction Server
