Containerization of CICS

Enable containers analogous to Docker and container management system on z/OS. Be able to run CICS in containers for devOps.
The docker model should be implemented such that the client can use similar Docker tools / processes across platforms. Underneath it will access z/OS capabilities and will need to integrate with DB2, IMS, CICS for resource management.

The CICS provisioning toolkit that was delivered as part of the CICS TS 5.4 open beta is renamed, enhanced, and made generally available as z/OS Provisioning Toolkit.

The z/OS provisioning toolkit (z/OS PT) is a simple command-line utility that uses the z/OSMF REST API to rapidly provision and deprovision CICS and other z/OS development environments. System programmers can set up the environments, authorize access to individuals or teams, and set provisioning controls and limits. Then, using a command-line interface, application developers can quickly provision and deprovision environments, without needing mainframe administration skills or authority.

CICS TS 5.4 is generally available from today June 16th 2017.
