Whilst this requirement is valid, based on our current plans and priorities, it is not likely that this could be implemented in the next 12 months, or in the next CICS TS release. Correspondingly this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

A concern I have with xctling to a program in the INITPARM is that CESN is a CAT 3 transaction so there would be no security checking here.
Therefore we will at least need a security handling program to validate this data.
Two options are to call a URM or GLUE with the INITPARM information and for that to identify a program to either do the XCTL to,
or better still to identify a transaction and do a RETURN IMMED to that transaction.
Can you identify your use case to give a bit more detail about what sort of things this program will need to do.
