Integrate CPSM in the standard CICS without additional address spaces and libraries with a graphical and 3270 user interface

Integrate IBM's CPSM into the Standard - CICS without additional (CICS) address spaces and libraries with a graphical AND a 3270 user interface

IBM's CPSM, a relict written by Bool & Babbage (?) in the 1990s, will be integrated contemporary in to the standard CICS without additional (CICS) address spaces like MAS or WUI and also without additional libraries.
The overworked CPSM should be eligible for a single CICS and for a MRO environment to ensure always a uniform interface.

In the appendix you can find the user interfaces from our 3270 based CPSM as a sample. A graphical interface is not available for it.

We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

We have no plans to produce a 3270 user interface. The CICS Explorer is our strategic user interface and we have announced that the WUI is functionally stabilised. As well as running from a client machine, the CICS Explorer can be deployed using Java WebStart to run it inside a browser.

Longer term we may look at  integrating the libraries and perhaps collapsing CPSM required regions.  This would be a significant piece of work. It is not going to be in the forthcoming CICS TS 5.2 and is unlikely to be in the release after that either.
