CICS Channel and Conatiner - Managing High number of Containers

Customer is developing a solution that require a very high number of CICS containers stored into a single channel. These data are retrieved from a DB2 table and send back to a WAS Java program running on z/OS through CTG. The developers consider this solution simple, flexible and could be generalized , they don't have to care to per-allocate the right size memory as Channel/Container mechanism does this job for them.
This solution will use thousands containers , one for each DB2 column, at the moment they are creating 8000 containers.

    This RFE is satisfied by CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V5.5 which is announced today 2nd October 2018 and which has a planned availability date of 14th December 2018.
