Enhance XPCFTCH to overcome PCUE_BRANCH_ADDRESS limitations.

XPCFTCH is given control before an application program is called by CICS.
Various products use XPCFTCH to front-end an application program for various reasons.
CICS allows for multiple exit programs to be enabled, and each exit program is called in turn.
If an exit program wants to run code in the application environment (i.e. With full API/SPI capabilities) it can set PCUE_BRANCH_ADDRESS to the address of some code which CICS will call ... this is known as the "Modified Entry Address"
Unfortunately, there is only one PCUE_BRANCH_ADDRESS so only one of the enabled exit programs in the chain can make use of it.

What is needed is a mechanism which allows each exit program to be able to run its own associated "application environment" code.

Whilst this requirement is valid, based on our current plans and priorities, it is not likely that this could be implemented in the next 12 months, or in the next CICS TS release. Correspondingly this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
