Option to turn OFF - VSAM dynamic buffer addition in CICS regions

We are using CICS TS 5.3 on z/OS 2.2. We are getting the below messages
when VSAM dynamic buffer addition happens in CICS region.

IDA9990I VSAM DBA ADDED 179 DATA BUFFERS OF 24576 BYTES EACH TO
SHRPOOL 1 BECAUSE THERE WERE INSUFFICIENT BUFFERS TO PROCESS THE
REQUEST. RECOMMENDATION: FOR PERFORMANCE* REBUILD THE SHARED POOL WITH
AN INCREASE IN SIZE.

We want to TURN OFF this dynamic addition feature as this creates the additional buffers from the PRIVATE AREA without our control.

From z/OS V2.2, VSAM provided a dynamic buffer addition capability that allows for the addition of extra buffers for an LSR pool if no buffer is available for a given VSAM request. For CICS, it is preferable to retry the request rather than allow uncontrolled expansion of an LSR pool, so dynamic buffer addition is being disabled for CICS LSR pools. We will not provide an option to turn it back on. This change is supplied to CICS TS 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 via APAR PI92486. The apar closed 6th February 2018 and the PTFs will be available shortly.

This is something we would like to address. We would plan to always disable DBA for CICS LSRPOOLs and not provide an option. The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status. Please note:
