CicsTs liberty features in windows and linux

This RFE adresses the developer experience:

1) During development we need to change the maven dependencies in a way not fitting to a normal workflow (for example JCICS Classes).

2) with liberty features for windows and linux we could just take server.xml 1:1 and deploy it to the cics liberty.

The features at all can be only dummy features and I would need only two working routinges from the JCics Library:

-> IsCics
-> IsApi

This RFE adresses the need of 1:1 deployment of server.xml. Would be also interesting for zospt stuff.

    Whilst this requirement is valid, based on our current plans and priorities, it is not likely that this could be implemented in the next 12 months, or in the next CICS TS release. Correspondingly this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
