Modify MQMONITOR support for APPLID

The MQMONITOR definitions support substituting &APPLID in the Qname but only if the &APPLID appears as a prefix. We have over 200 queue definitions where APPLID is the suffix. We'd like to see this support extended to allow the &APPLID to appear anywhere in the Qname.

I would also like to see additional symbolics supported, such as &SYSIDNT (for the SYSIDNT= SIT parm value) or &SYSNAME (for LPAR name). We have queue names that include the SYSIDNT rather than the APPLID to identify the region. &JOBNAME would be another good one to have (for the actual region jobname, when it differs from the applid).
