Need way to better control automatic log of logs scanning.

CICS/VR automatic log of logs scanning is done on 24 hour intervals, beginning with whenever the CICS/VR server was most recently started.
Finer control over the scheduling of this scan is needed. We should have the ability to explicitly specify 1) how often the scan should be run and 2) the time(s) of day when it should be run.

    Yes, this is something we would like to do. The status of the RFE is being moved into Planned for a future release.
