Update KLSOPTKP & KLSOPTT2 Dialogs to Cancel VTAM ACBs Upon Session Cancellation

Currently we have modified the KLSEXITE and KLSTERME dialogs to issue the following command if a user selects option 1. Exit and terminate sessions under a controlled exit (PF3 or X)

COMMAND('AS ''*SYSVLG*'' CLOSE &VIRTTERM')

This results in the associated virtual terminal acb being closed as well as the CL/SS session.

We would like the same ability for sessions that are cancelled via the KLSOPTKP and KLSOPTT2 dialogs, which currently only cancel the CL/SS sessions and not the associated VTAM ACBs

NB: We have multiple virtual pools, so any modification for need to cater for that.
