This was delivered in CL/SuperSession 2.1 PTF OA55220 and is part of IBM CL/SuperSession 3.1.
Please test APAR OA55220 / PTF UA97536. This provides Multiuser support with CL/SuperSession V2.1 and provides this capability via the exit and optional panel that does offer the ability for a user to reconnect to an existing session. Let us know if you already have this support installed and still have an issue via a PMR so we can better support you.
