This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Based on our current plans and priorities it is not likely that this will be implemented in the next 12 months and so it is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
private Thank you for the additional information. Will relay to the development team.
For example I have the TSO1, TSO2 and TSO3 applications.
Currently if I'm on the TSO1 monitor and want to go to the monitor I type /gtso2 or /g tso2.
We would like to do this navigation using /tso2 or /tso3 without impacting the JCL editing process.
Currently to navigate between applications I use / g and then the name of the application.
As our client used CA-TPX and navigation in it, navigation was done through / and the name of the application.
When we changed or we changed the trigger klsgoto to / it presented problems in the JCL editing process. As in jcl we use //, when we made a change in jcl and this enter, it undoes the changes, which can cause problems, because we can think that we made the changes but they were undone.
Our suggestion is that we can use / to navigate between applications without interfering with the JCL editing process.
Thank you for submitting the RFE request. This will be provided to development for review.
