Highlite negative statuses in Supersession

This is additional request for delivered RFE in https://ibm-z-software-portal.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/CLSS-I-73

We like the new feature, but we'd like to have also possibility or 3rd color position in KLSOPTHL to be able to also highlight negative Session statuses with different color(ex: red): &vspstat = 'Unavailable' or '&vspstat' = 'Undefined or '&vspstat' = 'Stopped'

We've done this previously by customized KLSVSELP panel, but it would be easier to utilize KLSOPTHL option instead, the logic seems to be there already.

    Development has reviewed this enhancement request and at this time has declined this request. There currently are no plans to incorporate it into the development cycle.
