Empty SubMenu

If a submenu list (KLSOPTSL) of 'TSO,CICS,CUA,SSTRM' is declared and a user does not have the right to access what SSTRM contains, the latter still appears in the menu of this user.

How to make it not appear?

I would like to have the possibility to disable a submenu if it is empty, i.e. if the user does not have the right to see the menus included in the submenu
