CTG Explorer - add heuristics for performance

We are using CTG Explorer to monitor the CTG Gateways.

It would be nice to have The CTG Perspective include heuristic rules included in links,

If the rules could be evaluated and if out of heuristic bounds, indicate in the CTG Gateway Perspective. Indicated by shading the Specific Cell in the Column that may need attention.

Such as "Heap Too Small", shade or color Gateway / Max Heap Cell.
