Explorer SSL click box option for CTG Explorer Connection - utilizing AT-TLS into CTG

As CICS Explorer implements, Provide SSL Click box for the Stats API CTG connection, in Explorer.

The Company site uses At-TLS on z/OS; the Company is looking at requiring all connections to use SSL.

Explorer SSL connection to the CTG would be transparent, due to using AT-TLS - 'Transparent Policy'.

This would be similar to the CICS Explorer Connection, where there is an option click box for SSL. This option satisfies the requirement for CICS Explorer to use SSL via AT-TLS.

    Thanks for raising the idea. Right now we are moving this to uncommitted candidate because we see a merit in the idea. Based on the priority and business impact, we will determine which release this can go in. We will update this space once we have more information.
