Extend SSL Cert "Client to Server" two way authenication Support to CTG .net functions

We have a requirement to establish an SSL connection between .net clients and a z/OS CTG instance.
As with Java, the requirement is to allow the swapping, for authenication, of a pair of certificates; Server and Client, in a bi-directional authenication process.
The cleint sends its client cert to CTG and the CTG on z/OS sends its Server cert to the client .net application. The certs are verified by each end and the SSL connection is then established or denied.
Presently the .net support does not allow the .net client to specify a named client cert to pass along to the CTG instance during SSL negotiation.
