Allow CICS Explorer to test CTG gateway deamon against specific IP address

Allow CICS Explorer test against the IP address configured in the CTG connection definition to be sure which CTG we connect to.
When trying to test the CTG gateway connection or the CICS connection in the CICS Explorer CTG perspective, the IP address used is the TCPBind address (see gateway view).
CICS Explorer gets the TCPBind from the gateway ramdomly, when setting ctg.ini bind parameter (gateway section, TCP handler protocol parameters) to blank, among any of the IPs registered in the TCPIP stack
This address may not be one of the XCF DVIPAs which sysplex distributor uses to distribute the VIPA + port of the CTG in that LPAR.
The result is that we may test against a different CTG gateway of the intended one or against an LPAR where no CTG is listening, obtaining unpredictable results.

Whilst this requirement is valid, based on our current plans and priorities for IBM CICS Transaction Gateway, it is not likely that this could be implemented in the next 12 months. Correspondingly this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
