Update QueryEnq service to return a unique identifier (ASID or JOBID)

The QueryEnq service is great for returning ENQ information for one or more resources, but the returned data is not complete. The JobName in particular is not sufficient to identify a single job, TSO user or STC. The QueryEnq service should be enhanced to add one of more extra columns, either the ASID or the JobID should be sufficient (or a hash) of these but event better if both, and if possible a JobType too(STC, TSU, JOB, SYS, ATX, OTX, etc.)

    QueryEnq service is not a function of Data Set Commander. This is not an RFE we are able to implement. If this request is still of interest, consider contacting the ISPF support team.
