Data Set Commander: Need FINDTEXT and MEMFIND in JCL

I have a PDSEv2 with 10,000 members plus concatenations of data sets with thousands of other members and want to scan everything without tying up my ISPF online session, plus and extract scanned results to a sequential dataset.

FINDTEXT and MEMFIND are available online in ISPF but are not available in batch.
