DSC data set list utility and volume device address, sms information

With most dasd volumes being SMS managed, the DSC data set list utility option "XV" should provide the ability to select volumes using SMS criteria and UCB.

display volumes by storage group OPS03 or OPS0*
display volumes by ucb address, using wild cards also, 74* or 743*

full display, sort capabilities, (sort UCB is in device number order)

The display should be scrollable to the right to display the additional information, UCB, STORGRP, etc.

Reorder of the display would be a nice-to-have (customized view) ... volume ucb storgrp, then remaining fields
