DBB Toolkit API - CopyToPDS does not support statistics

When the CopyToPDS command from the DBB Toolkit API is invoked to copy a ZFS file to a partitioned dataset, then the copied member in the PDS(E) has not statistics. The size, created, changed and ID fields are all empty.

This does not seem logical to us, because when we look at the corresponding file in the zFS system, we see that the system has knowledge of an owner the number of lines in the file and the last changed date. (we don't see a created date, but I think this does not exist in zFS).

Can the CopyToPDS method be enhanced so that these properties are also set in the statistics of the member in the target PDS(E). And for the created date and time, you can then use the same of the last changed .
