Gradle support

Gradle support as part of DBB would bring the build capabilities closer to the rest of the industry. By supporting Gradle existing Gradle plugins for pipelines could be used. Having DBB as it's own build process continues to make it just different. Moving to Gradle would also provide more standardization which would help teams as they try to move out of the legacy library managers.

Would even be better if the zOS Connect lab would have complied with the overall DBB direction that the other zOS labs have made. But now that they have chosen to go for gradle, let's te least make sure that DBB supports gradle so that we have support for all components of our pipeline again, and we do not need to glue DBB and Gradle together ourselves.

I think this is an excellent suggestion and I would like to extend this to Maven as well. Maven has still failed to replace Maven so maybe that shouldn't be left out.

The major benefit I see with moving to one of these build systems is that we move more towards building applications instead of programs. I know, that with DBB this is already a lot easier than before but Maven and Gradle always build the entire application and version it as one. This would also mean that applications have to be built based on lots and lots of standards and there can't be a lot of individual parameteres per program.
